Customers are welcome to visit our shop during opening hours to make a purchase.
We also send MAIL ORDERS Australia wide (and overseas). A minimum $12 Postage & Handling charge applies to all mail orders sent throughout Australia, but this may be higher, depending on the weight and physical size of the parcel. The postage charge to overseas will be quoted at time of ordering, and depends on weight and size and the type of freight requested by customer (ie, standard airmail, express courier, signed for, etc).
Providing the order is within the weight and size limitations, in most cases we endeavour to send orders by Express Post. As a guide, our prepaid Express Post satchel postage costs are : $12 - up to 500g, $15 - up to 1kg, $18 - up to 3kg, $25 - up to 5kg.
When ordering, it is most helpful when you quote
- Vehicle Model (eg Escort MkI, Zephyr MkII)
- Vehicle Year (and even the month) of manufacture
- Engine Size
- Transmission Type (Manual or Automatic)
- Body Type (eg. 2 door, 4 door, ute, panel van)
- Any relevant modifications
Supplying all of this information will assist us to identify the correct part for your model car.
Please also include a contact phone number so we can contact you if we require further information or clarification to guarantee supply of the correct parts.
If you do not see a part you require in price lists onthis website, you are still welcome to contact us. Sometimes we are able to source other parts, or we may have a vehicle that we are currently wrecking.
Some parts in this website are imported from overseas, and prices may change due to the fluctuating currency exchange rate.
Some parts are remanufactured either in Australia or overseas. Sometimes new items become available, sometimes current items are discontinued. Whilst we endeavour to keep the price lists on this website up to date with any stock and price changes, sometimes we are unaware of changes until we need to re-order parts from our suppliers.
Preferably, payment can be made by VISA / MasterCard, Direct bank deposit** or Paypal. Orders paid by these methods will normally be sent by Express Post (providing they are within the weight and size limitations) by the end of the next business day (providing we have the parts in stock). If you wish to pay by Paypal, please request a Paypal invoice from us in advance
** Sorry, but due to high bank fees incurred, we only accept direct bank deposits from within Australia.
Customers from overseas may pay by Visa/Mastercard or Paypal only.
Alternatively, you can send a Cheque or Money Order. However, cheques must be received by us and cleared by our bank prior to the order bing despatched, so this is not the ideal payment method if your order is urgent.
CHANGE OVER UNITS
Please note that some of our Reconditioned parts require a Change Over Unit. These parts are clearly indicated in our Price Lists.
If you are unable to supply the Change Over Core Unit at the time of placing your order, a deposit will be charged.
This deposit will later be refunded upon our receipt of your Change Over Core Unit within 30 days of purchase/invoice date.
The deposit amounts are (2) $25, (3) $50, (4) $100.
